1. Product Use
All products sold by The Numbing Lab are intended strictly for topical cosmetic use only and must be used as directed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the ingredient list to avoid any potential allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. The Numbing Lab is not liable for misuse of products.
2. Billing & Payments
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods available at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale purposes.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our topical cosmetic products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final once a product has been opened or the safety seal has been broken.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photo evidence of the issue. After review, we will issue either:
A replacement product, or
A full refund to your original payment method
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped based on the weight-based shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Please note:
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
